职责描述： 1. Responsible for the supervision and quality of on-site installations (focus on extrusion and compounding systems). 对现场安装情况进行监督和质量控制（专注于挤出混炼系统）。 2. check of functionality for all components with/without product, and startup single components, including pumps, motor, pelletizers etc. 在带料/不带料的情况下检查各部件功能，启动单个部件，包括泵，电机和切粒机等。 3. Responsible for (pre-) commissioning and startup of extrusion systems. 负责挤出机（预）调试和开机调试工作。 4. Troubleshooting and optimizing of running systems for mechanical, electrical, and commissioning issues. 机械、电气和调试问题的故障排除和产线优化。 5. Technical consultancy and training of customer operations and maintenance team. 对客户的运营和维护团队提供技术咨询和培训。 6. Managing and monitoring suppliers and customer-provided personnel. 管理并监控供应商及客户提供的施工人员。 7. Reporting of site progress and claim management. 报告现场进度和质量投诉。 8. Support of spare parts sales team by providing leads for plant optimizations / spare parts. 为备件销售团队提供支持，包括产线优化和备件。 9. Evaluate customer overall production processes and consider offering possible modernization projects with process support and solution from PT department. 评估客户整体生产工艺，考虑向客户提供可行的改造项目，并从工艺技术部门寻求支持与解决方案。 10. Other tasks appointed by the supervisor 上级主管安排的一些其他工作。 任职要求： Education 教育程度 Bachelor and above, ideally completed studies in process technology, chemical engineering, mechatronics or comparable 本科及以上，化工工艺，化学工程，机电或者相关专业 Experience 经验 At least 2 years working experience in plastic compounding or extruder industry 在相关领域2年或以上工作经验，塑料配混或挤出机行业优先 Critical knowledge and Skills知识和技能 1. English communication skills, working together with international team 英语沟通能力，可以与国际团队配合工作 2. Communicative personality 沟通能力强 3. Ability to work structured in an intense work environment 具备适应高强度工作的能力 4. Familiar with modern computer systems and standard office software (Master of Excel VBA or Auto CAD will be as plus.) 熟悉相关的办公室应用软件（会Excel VBA或CAD者优先） 5. Willing to frequent travelling 可以适应频繁出差 6.
