1.Develop sales plans and be responsible for identifying leads and potential clients to complete sales goals.
2.Respond to leads from inside sales or web inquiries.
3.Identify potential distributors inSingapore or other countries and establish distributor agreements.
4.Present MetwareBio’s products and services to potential clients virtually or in-person. When necessary, visit universities, research hospitals, or industry partners to expand client base.
5.Attend conferences and/or trade shows and generate leads. Follow up on the leads via email, phone call, video conferencing, or offline meetings.
6.Maintain existing customer relationships.
7.Generate quotes and work orders for leads. Be the main point of contact for the customer regarding their work order and provide support to their questions.
8.Keep abreast latest biotechnology developments and follows industry/market trends.
To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience and skills in the following:
1.A degree in biology, chemistry or related majors with 1 year of experience in a business development or sales roles.
2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
3.Excel at learning new technology and its principles quickly.
4.Persistent personality with a positive attitude that does not give up easily, even when encountering difficult comments and rejections.
5.Attentive to details.
6.Able to adapt to fast pace and high pressure environment.
