JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The ITP Accountant will perform a variety of support tasks in one of the accounting departments. In this role, you will support the accounting team of the company and conduct tasks using standard procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, including detailed financial business transactions.
• Provide customer service to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our records information management policies and best practices.
• Enter data or use technology tools to upload data into the computer system using defined computer programs.
• Compile data and prepare, review, and audit a variety of reports.
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Report analysis relevant experience.
• Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of related work experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree is preferred, major related to Accounting or Finance.
• 2-3 related working experience in ITP field.
• Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
• Know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
• Good English writing and reading skills.
• Good at using MS Office tools (Excel/Word/PPT).
• Basic in using ERP (JDE/SAP/Jingdee/U8
